Hanazono confesses his love to his senpais and suffers judo pins for refusing to share Yawara’s number. Fujiko scolds distracted viewers. Jody wins with an ippon, while Teleshikova surprises observers with a collar strangle. Kuniko meets a stranger delivering a letter to Jigoro. The semifinals pit Yawara against Belkins and Teleshikova against Jody. Matsuda searches the arena for Kojiro after learning about the letter.
