Thief King Bakura sacrifices himself and his Diabound to revive Zorc Necrophades, absorbing them into the Millennium Stone. Zorc’s emergence destroys the Stone, scattering the Millennium Items across Kul Elna. The Pharaoh and Priest Seto return to the palace to confront him, but Shada intercepts a lethal lightning bolt intended for the Pharaoh and dies. Simultaneously, Zorc’s revival in the Memory World triggers natural disasters in the Real World. Yami Bakura, possessing Tristan’s body, duels Yugi with high stakes: if Yugi wins, he can reveal the Pharaoh’s true name, but if he loses, both he and his friends will be trapped in the Shadow Realm forever.
