Thief King Bakura uses the Seven Millennium Items to revive Diabound in its fifth and final form, stronger than ever. The Millennium Stone and items sink into the ground. Bandit Bakura employs Diabound to help Aknadin escape with Priest Seto. To allow Zorc Necrophades time for full rebirth, Aknadin isolates the Pharaoh and his priests, attacking them with monster armies. Karim sacrifices himself to transfer his remaining power to Shada. Meanwhile, the Pharaoh returns to the palace to locate Priest Seto.
