Amano Ichigo is a middle school student who believes she lacks any special abilities. During a visit to a sweets festival, she encounters Henri Lucas, a professional pâtissier. He recognizes that she possesses an exceptional sense of taste. Impressed by her natural talent, he invites her to join a specialized institution dedicated to training pastry chefs. This school is known as St. Marie Academy. Consequently, she decides to transfer to this academy to pursue her new path in the culinary arts. The story focuses on her journey as she begins her training under this guidance.
