Fuu directs Yuuna and Itsuki to perform a sealing ritual that exposes and destroys a regenerating Vertex’s core, returning everyone to the real world. The following day, Fuu reveals her Taisha organization tasked her with empowering hero candidates to fight the twelve Vertex threatening Shinju. Mimori, frustrated by her inability to help everyone, directs anger at Fuu for the secrecy, though Yuuna offers some comfort. Soon, three new Vertex emerge and use combined attacks to prevent the sealing ritual. When these enemies target Yuuna, Mimori resolves to protect her, awakening her hero form to provide projectile support. Together, the girls successfully defeat all three Vertex.
