Following the destruction of G-Phaetus, Kyo and Shizuno rush to halt the expansion of Deutera Areas on Earth. They aim to destroy the enemy's orbital base while transporting the Maihama server and compressed resurrection system data to Altair. During the mission, Kyo defeats Abyss. Meanwhile, Shizuno, assisted by Minato and the crew, stabilizes the system and eliminates the Deutera Areas. This success allows humanity's resurrection and the world's restoration to finally begin.
