Mermaid Scales and the Town of Sand·青い鱗と砂の街
Tokiko and her father relocate to a coastal town to stay with her grandmother after a difficult change in their lives. As she begins sixth grade, she recalls a past visit where she nearly drowned and was rescued by a merman. The ocean’s waves stir these memories, leaving her wondering if mermaids truly exist in those waters. She tries to adapt to her new surroundings while secretly hoping to see the merman again.
