A group of young male and female soldiers from Area Eleven, forming a Knightmare unit, are deployed on a high-risk military mission in Europe during the year a.t.b. 2017. Their objective is to recover an allied unit that has been left stranded on the battlefield. The operation is given a survival probability of only 5%.
