Durarara!!: RE;Dollars-hen

Six months after a major disturbance in Ikebukuro, the city has returned to a state of calm, with daily life proceeding without disruption. High school students continue their routines, while the most formidable figure in the area remains hard at work. Meanwhile, an informant devises a new strategy, and a rider without a leader evades police as she moves through the night. However, this period of stability is soon disrupted by unexpected events. Unfamiliar forces begin to take hold of the city, signaling the arrival of a new and unsettling challenge.
