Albert de Morcerf encounters the enigmatic Count of Monte Cristo, who impresses him with an overwhelming presence. Despite the Count's apparent knowledge of the wealthy and his hints at exposing hidden truths, Albert remains unaware of the Count's true intentions. The Count seems to possess secrets that suggest a deeper, more calculated purpose.
