Gekitotsu no Hexennacht

A powerful entity known as the Black Witch governs the Earth and is confined to the moon, where it faces judgment every ten years during the night of Hexennacht. Only magical girls who have successfully won their own battles are able to challenge the Black Witch. Mitsuru Horinouchi, representing Eastern Japan and striving for the title of the strongest, encounters a mysterious girl named Kagami Kagami, who possesses unusual abilities. Their meeting leads to a confrontation as they each seek to use their powers to protect the world.
