Grand Metal Organs

In a society where electric abilities define progress, those without such powers face hardship. Enlil, a man lacking these skills, aspires to be a hero despite his limitations. When he applies to the Electrical Police Department, he discovers they are eliminating the powerless. Confronting a childhood hero, Enlil attempts to resist but is defeated. However, his story does not end with death.
