Hana to Hoshi

Hanai is a top table tennis player who has never lost a match, but after being unexpectedly defeated by an unknown freshman, she begins a streak of losses and loses her confidence. On her first day of high school, she decides to quit the sport and start anew, only to encounter the girl who beat her. This girl has also quit table tennis and often appears cold and dismissive, making Hanai feel targeted. One day, the girl falls asleep in class, and when Hanai tries to wake her, the girl, still drowsy, smiles and nearly kisses her. The girl later mentions she was dreaming about Hanai, but Hanai ignores her, thinking she's teasing. The girl watches her leave, blushing.
