Higyaku no Noel

A girl named Noel Cerquetti, who lost her arms and legs through a contract, teams up with the powerful devil Caron to seek revenge against Burrows, the mayor of LaPlace. Burrows, known as the "pride of the citizens," is celebrated for restoring peace to the city after it was plagued by the mafia. Despite her physical limitations, Noel remains determined on her path of vengeance, with Caron supporting her, even at personal risk. Together, they pursue Burrows.
