Rachel Gardner awakens in the basement of a building she doesn't recognize, confronting Zack, a fully bandaged serial killer wielding a bloodstained scythe. After barely evading him, she ascends to the next floor, where she encounters a man named Danny, who introduces himself as her doctor. Though relieved, Rachel senses something unusual about his expression.
