Hong Yan Ru Xi

A woman awakens in the past, in the bed of Prince Xuan, and inexplicably becomes his servant. He initially showers her with affection, but soon betrays her by allowing others to falsely accuse her of infidelity, disfigure her, and cast her into a pigpen before tossing her into a river. When she regains consciousness, time travel is gone, and she has been reborn with a new appearance.
