Two dominant powers exist: the Dorssia Military Pact Federation, a military-based alliance, and the Atlantic Rim United States, a trade-focused entity. The smaller JIOR nation remains neutral, prioritizing economic stability. Haruto Tokishima, a high school student in Module 77, experiences a sudden disruption when Dorssian forces invade. His life changes further upon encountering Valvrave, an enigmatic humanoid weapon.
