Kimi ni Sasageru Nejirebana

In a village blessed by nature, three childhood friends—Tiny, Thor, and Sorier—shared a close bond. At age 10, individuals in this world are assigned a gender, marking the start of adulthood. Thor becomes a boy, Sorier a girl, while Tiny is also assigned male. This shift causes Tiny unease, as he realizes his affection for Thor. To cope, he hides his emotions and withdraws from both friends. By 18, after managing his feelings, Tiny reconnects with Thor. He now grapples with repressed emotions and the expectations of being a man, facing inner conflict and uncertainty about the future of their relationship.
