Kimi to Asa Gohan!

Kuranosuke returns home one night and runs into Kazushi Natsui, his childhood friend, who asks if he would consider becoming a father to her son. Through her uncertainty, Kuranosuke confronts emotions he thought were long buried. Kazushi getting married and having a child is a reality he never anticipated. At first, he doesn't see a future involving family life, but he agrees to support her and their son, Wakaba. As he reenters Kazushi's life, he gradually realizes that her request involves more than just being a parent to Wakaba.
