Kinpatsu no Sougen

An elderly man named Ayumu, who has been housebound for most of his life due to a severe heart condition, wakes up believing he has returned to his twenties. Despite the unchanged physical reality, he embraces this new perception, finding joy and renewed purpose in life. He encounters Narisu, an 18-year-old home-care worker who resembles a woman he once loved, and he mistakes her for her. Narisu, meanwhile, deals with her own personal struggles and unspoken feelings. The two interact within the confines of Ayumu’s home, where his imagined happiness and her uncertain reality gradually intersect. As Ayumu's fantasy begins to unravel, he starts questioning whether his current life is real or a dream.
