Kitsune no Omuko-san

Masaki lives alone in a quiet rural village, finding comfort only in teaching calligraphy to children. A boy named Sakutarou begins attending the lessons and insists, "I'm your husband now!" At first, Masaki dismisses the claim, but after Sakutarou catches his scent, strange things happen—animal ears and a tail appear from Sakutarou’s head. Then, a taller version of Sakutarou suddenly materializes. This new figure sniffs and licks Masaki, and his presence feels unsettling.
