Koma Hibiki

Ayumi struggles with a loss of direction after the death of the Eisei Meijin, her grandfather with whom she spent much of her childhood. Erika, meanwhile, aspires to become a professional Shogi player to help pay off the debt her father left behind after abandoning the family. The two cross paths shortly after starting high school through their shared involvement in the Shogi Club. As they navigate high school life, their individual journeys and motivations intertwine around the game of Shogi.
