Maigo no Kare to Kuma no Onegai

One evening, a lone courier named Ronet, who became homeless due to war, saves a young man named Bear from being assaulted by a local criminal. Bear, who appears unaware of the outside world, mentions he is traveling to Ronet's former home, now a cursed forest. He asks Ronet to serve as his guide, but Ronet declines. In response, Bear suddenly turns into a stuffed animal right in front of Ronet.
