A rift exists between the human and spirit realms, centered beneath Shinjuku, allowing demons to invade. A curse is placed on the leader of Earth's governing body, threatening catastrophe. Kyoya Izayoi, a high school student with training in the martial art nenpo and a mystical sword named Ashura, teams up with Sayaka Rama, the president's daughter, to confront Levi Rah, the demon lord responsible for the curse. They must use all their abilities to stop him.
