Yohei Sakuma, known as Kuma, leaves behind his city life and demanding job to pursue a fresh start in the countryside. He hasn’t informed his wife, Miyu, and lacks experience in farming, particularly rice cultivation. Adjusting to rural living proves difficult with poorly built homes, insect infestations, and physically demanding labor. Alongside Miyu, Kuma faces the challenges of adapting to a life far removed from urban comfort. Despite the hardships, moments of contentment emerge, especially in the evenings when they relax with a beer and enjoy the scenery. Through these experiences, they slowly come to appreciate the difficulties and rewards of country living.
