Nokemono-tachi no Yoru

Wisteria is a child without family living in a remote part of the British Empire during the late 1800s. Her existence is lonely and harsh until she meets Malbus, a solitary, long-lived creature with fur, who is being pursued by those who hunt him. The two travel across the Empire, which includes both humans and humanoid beasts, seeking a location where they can coexist without conflict.
