A conflict between humanity and an enemy referred to as the "unknown" continues. Decades ago, during an invasion, children were placed in a cold sleep facility. Upon waking, they discover they have developed supernatural abilities. To defend the cities of Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Chiba from the "unknown" emerging through a gate in Tokyo Bay, these individuals engage in battle.
