Rosetta Kara no Shoutaijou

From a distance of one light year, Earth appears as it was a year earlier; at ten light years, it appears as it was ten years ago. In a village where the night sky is clear, construction of a mysterious power plant has begun, forcing the residents to leave within a year. As strange barriers encircle the town, Koutarou, who has lived there for eleven years, refuses to accept its impending destruction. Determined to save his home, he begins his efforts during the summer break. Alongside his best friend, Haruhiko, Koutarou meets Oosaki Kanna, a woman with a warm smile, whose arrival marks the start of an unforgettable summer.
