Ryuu wa Tasogare no Yume wo Miru

A boy named Kiya lives with his adopted sister, Koyomi. He possesses a special ability called the Native Cell, which enables him to transform into a dragon-like creature known as an Arch-Type. Kiya is taken captive by a bounty hunter named TJ, and future chapters suggest he will be the target of a pursuit.
