Seiketsu no Haguruma

Two factions, distinguished by red and blue blood, once lived in harmony before turning against each other in war. The red blood faction gained early dominance, but the blue bloods, led by Prince Kodo, developed a new weapon called the Haguruma—mechanized units capable of immense destruction. Using this technology, the blue bloods won the war and the red bloods were enslaved. Witnessing the Haguruma's cruel use, Kodo felt deep remorse and chose to save the remaining red blood refugees, ceasing further production of the machines. His refusal led to a death sentence from his father, the king. Kodo escaped execution and now lives as a fugitive without a home.
