In Yodaka, a remote and dangerous part of Amberground, he discovers his package is a boy named Lag Seeing, who has been traumatized by his mother's disappearance and is to be sent to his aunt. Navigating this perilous region filled with Gaichuu, the two encounter risks that motivate Lag to pursue becoming a Letter Bee.
