Only tiny Pan is raring to go. Goku tells Vegeta that someone strong will be at the tournament. The day of the tournament, Satan and Buu make an under-the-table deal regarding the fights in their waiting room. But Satan starts sweating bullets when he hears that Goku has entered the tournament. Goku comforts him by promising to lose on purpose. Goku and the others pass the preliminaries. The main tournament begins!! Goku asks Buu to use his magic to rig the lottery so that he’ll go up against a boy named “Uub”. Goku has sensed that Uub is the reincarnation of the evil Majin Buu that was defeated ten years ago.
