Amefuri-Kozo arrives to Kitaro's house, asking for his advice on a difficult situation. He has gotten a letter from Lord Yama (A.K.A Enma-Daiō), ordering him to kill a human who has done misdeeds. But no matter how evil the human is, Amefuri doesn't have the heart to kill someone. Medama-Oyaji explains that there are demons inside of every human body called a Sanchu, Who notifies to Yama the evil deeds of that person. And sometimes will select a appropriate yokai to kill them. Conveniently for them, Neko-Musume arrives and offers to take Amefuri-Kozo's job of his hands. (Source: GeGeGe no Kitarō Wiki)
