Ep. 21: Towa persigue una mariposa de los sueños hasta el Árbol Sagrado de los Años

Two hundred years ago, amidst the news of Touga's demise, a saddened Zero wishes upon the Shikon Jewel to seal off her emotions, which creates the seven Rainbow Pearls. Back to the present, it is the new moon and with Towa's power diminished, Setsuna orders her to take shelter at Kaede's home. In the occasion, Kaede reveals to Towa that she lived many years with Rin until her disappearance that occurred just after she gave birth to the twins. Seeing a Dream Butterfly passing nearby, Towa chases after it all the way to the Sacred Tree of Ages, where she meets Riku. Riku reveals that he intends to gather all seven Rainbow Pearls and return Zero's lost emotions when Toutetsu appears to attack her. Riku risks his life to defend her until Setsuna and Moroha arrive to help them. Riku takes the opportunity to slay Toutetsu and Towa gives him her silver Rainbow Pearl to him to help with his mission, but she regrets it soon after when Setsuna points that Riku's master could use them for evil ends.
