Mafuyu Satou carries a Gibson guitar as he leaves his apartment each day for school. One day, while napping on the gym stairs, he meets Ritsuka Uenoyama, who criticizes his neglected guitar. Recognizing Uenoyama’s expertise, Satou asks for help repairing it and learning to play. Uenoyama agrees and invites him to join a practice session with two bandmates: a bassist and a drummer. Impressed by Satou’s singing voice, Uenoyama wants him to become the band’s lead singer. Initially hesitant, Satou accepts after a meaningful conversation with a former friend. As he learns to play the guitar with his new companions, he also begins to uncover the story behind how he came to possess it.
