A three-part original video animation adapts the "Shingeki no Kyojin: Lost Girls" spinoff novel, released with the 24th, 25th, and 26th limited edition manga volumes. In one story, Annie Leonhart needs to complete a mission without it appearing on her record and asks Hitch Dreyse to help. Hitch agrees but requires Annie to solve a missing person case involving Carly Stratmann, daughter of a wealthy businessman. Annie has one day to find Carly before more questions arise about drug trafficking and hidden secrets. In another story, Mikasa Ackerman recalls her past with Eren Yeager and Armin Arlert, struggling with painful memories and alternate versions of events she cannot change.
