Yuzu has a dream and realizes she doesn't remember her mother's face. She looks for an old pair of pajamas that her mother made for her. She wears them, even though they're now too small for her. Kippei accidentally tears them while playing with Yuzu. Kippei buys Yuzu new pajamas, but Yuzu still wants to wear the old ones. The next day at school, Kokoro finds Kippei on the roof trying to fix the old pajamas. Kippei convinces Kokoro to pick up Yuzu from preschool so Kokoro and Yuzu can have some time together.
