The Abydos Countermeasures Committee follows clues about the Helmet Gang, which previously attacked Abydos, and heads to the famous lawless "Black Market." As they investigate with Hifumi, a girl from Trinity General Academy whom they happen to meet, the possibility emerges that the repayment money is flowing into a black market bank.
