Besides paying for the girl's freedom, Han Li makes a trade-off for the Copper Plate. ----- Wen Siyue realizes the true identity of her saviour from his last instruction to her before leaving the island: "My affairs, do not mention to others"! ----- At Blackrock City, Han Li sneaks into Inch Gold Pavilion (寸金閣) and transforms into a G4 demon beast! He follows behind a young windbreaker beast who seems to be a young master. Elated to find the Companion Demon Weed (伴妖草), he snips away the plant, and the beastling starts wailing. Immediately, a laughter rings out to him for bullying a child! Feng Xi reproaches the uninvited house guest for not saying hello!

Storm in Outer Sea 4: Unveiling Ceremony of Altar and Jadefire Wine (128)

Feng Xi shows Li Feiyu around goes on a tour of the current Blackrock City, rich in spiritual energy and located at a strategic point. ------ At the unveiling ceremony of the altar, Feng Xi assures his Feather Clan that they are no longer destitute and homeless but have their own home and country, just like the Sea Clan's Bottomless Sea Abyss, Beast Clan's Hundred Thousand Mountains, and Flood Dragon Clan's Thousand Foot Dragon Palace. And to reclaim what is rightfully theirs! May the Storm and Lightning Guide Their Way! ------ Li points out that Feng aims not just to reform for his clan but to also become the king of demon beasts in the Chaotic Stars Sea. In reply to Li's 2nd question as to what then will then happen to the human race in the Chaotic Stars Sea, Feng leads Li to another section where humans live and work. He hopes to create a world where all races can coexist! Feng asks Li if he's willing to help him with his mission to change the Chaotic Stars Sea together. ------ Feng invites Li to try his Jadefire Wine. It's a 100-year old spirit wine brewed with metamorphosis stage demon core, and could help Li break through his cultivation stuck at a bottleneck.

Storm in Outer Sea 5: Progression, Cultivation Furnace Gongsun Xing and the Arrival of Demon Beasts - Venomous Flood Dragon Wu and Tortoise Gui (129)

Gongxun Xing suddenly shows up amongst the line-up of girls sent to Li Feiyu for cultivation purpose. ------ Two months later, Li reports to Feng on his progression. As compensation for his efforts, Feng appoints Li to manage his group of human cultivators. His desire is to build a powerful empire that reigns over Chaotic Stars Sea like the Ancient Demon Beast Court. With so many sects, he cannot allow each pursuing their own agendas. ------ The two demon beasts, Wu and Gui, on seeing Li Feiyu, assume he's their lunchtime meal!

Storm in Outer Sea 6: Refining, and Combining Wind and Thunder (130)

Feng Xi introduces his closest friends to Li Feiyu - Venomous Flood Dragon Wu and Black Tortoise Gui at initial metamorphosis stage. The two demons find Li familiar, but luckily, to Gui, humans all look quite similar! ------ Feng needs their help to refine a pair of winged magic artifact, the Thunderstorm Wings. Three days later, Feng initates the refinement process with the demons' core flame, and also draws out Han Li's wood spiritual energy through the formation. Five months later, the three demons use their essences to separate the wings from its skeletal body. Feng then begins the second phase - fusion process to combine the wings with wind and thunder. ------ A month later, Feng instils wind spirit energy into Han Li's dantian and warns him to do his best and not think of anything else. ------ To ensure the merging process go smoothly, Feng gives a bottle each of Ten Thousand Year Spirit Liquid to Wu and Gui to be consumed when their spiritual energy is exhausted.

Storm in Outer Sea 7: Han Li's Retaliation (131)

After a month of straining their spiritual energy, the three demons consume the Myriad Spirit Liquid before continuing with the fusion process. ------ Another month later, Gui asks Feng for his plan thereafter. Feng mentions the Sacred Provenance True Fragment. The Suanni Clan young master had it with him before being killed by human cultivators. Feng intends to go search for the missing item. ------- According to Wu, the Sacred Provenance True Fragment is related to the Three Sacred Provenance Arts of ancient demon beasts. By mastering the art, it is enough to command the demon clans of the Star Seas. ------ Han Li then sends out a strain of Qi into the air. Gui sniffs in an extremely pure spiritual qi. Feng angrily activates the wind energy inside Han Li after a bottle fell out of Han Li's sleeve. ------ Feng doesn't know what exactly is in the bottle besides the Myriad Spirit Liquid. Wu is confident that he being a devourer of all poisons will not be affected even if it is poisoned. After sipping it, Wu feels energised and finds no poison in it. ------ The spiritual liquid in Han Li's bottle contains the essence of Heaven and Earth's spiritual qi. For spiritual plants, it is the immortal dew of creation. When it enters a living being, it becomes a poison that eats through the intestines! ------ After a while, Gui and Wu become unwell and turn into their true form. Because Feng didn't drink much of the liquid, the poison has yet to take effect on him. ------ Han Li attacks the demons with his Gold Devouring Beetles, green swords and lightning. The flood dragon discards his damaged body and his soul flies out.

Little monkey Ti Hun (Weeping Soul Beast) sucks back the flood dragon soul to stop its escape. Han Li grasps and slips it into his jade bottle. The soul of metamorphosis stage demon beast is great material for refining weapons. ------- The principle of the formation is to concentrate the spiritual energy contained in the Earthfire onto the thunderstorm wings. If he were to remove the wings, then the earthfire's spiritual energy will have nowhere to be released. At that time, the formation can be modified. On an abandoned island, he examines the storage bags of flood dragon and tortoise, and the thunderstorm wings. ------- Deducing that one can use the artifact as long as he has either the power of wind or thunder, he proceeds to claim ownership of the wings and test out its swiftness.
