One day, Kagura and the others notice that Catherine's eyebrows are on the verge of connecting. While the group is watching a report about an accident nearby where a truck fell over on its side, Catherine comes back and her eyebrows have connected. Catherine becomes violent for some reason and attacks Otose. When things settle down, Otose's eyebrows are also connected! Gintoki and the others run away from the strange incident. Then they notice that people with connected eyebrows are attacking people all over the place.
