Kagura and the group observe Catherine’s eyebrows nearly touching while watching a news report about a truck accident. Upon her return, her eyebrows have fully connected, causing her to violently attack Otose. After the incident subsides, Otose also develops connected eyebrows. Gintoki and the others flee the strange occurrence, only to discover that individuals with connected eyebrows are assaulting people throughout the city. Consequently, Edo is placed under an emergency alert, prohibiting citizens from touching anyone with this physical trait. As chaos spreads and tragedies unfold across the region, the group faces a growing crisis involving these affected individuals.
