A man who calls himself the greatest swindler in Japan typically targets elderly individuals and the occasional foreign visitor. When he attempts to deceive a seemingly unaware French tourist in Tokyo, he assumes it will be a routine scheme. However, this endeavor unexpectedly leads him to Los Angeles, where he finds himself upside-down on the Hollywood sign. The outcome of this situation remains uncertain.
