Inuyasha and his companions, after facilely defeating a demon in a town, are invited to a banquet as a reward. Oddly enough, Myoga the flea youkai servant returns, as series of strange occurrences ensue. Sango, Miroku, and Inuyasha are all possessed one after another, experiencing unorthodox behavior.
