After easily defeating a demon in a town, Inuyasha and his companions are invited to a celebratory banquet. During this time, the flea youkai Myga returns, coinciding with a series of bizarre events. Sango, Miroku, and Inuyasha are sequentially possessed, causing them to behave in unorthodox ways. It is revealed that Shoga, a female flea yōkai, is the culprit behind these incidents. Her actions are driven by her desire to marry Myoga, leading to the chaotic situation that befell the group during their time in the town.
