Ciel learns about school norms from his classmate McMillan and faces challenges like menial chores and a rough dorm welcome. At the headmaster's office, Ciel learns about the prefects' crucial role and the headmaster's absolute authority, setting the stage for his deeper involvement in school governance and mysteries.
