Shiratori Ryuushi is preparing to attend a vocational school while moving into a new residence called Narutakisou. Upon arrival, he becomes the center of attention among the eccentric residents. He meets the landlady, Aoba Kozue, who appears kind and attractive. However, there is more to Kozue than meets the eye.
