Tonikaku Kawaii

A boy named Nasa, whose name is written as "Hoshizora," meets a girl named Tsukasa on the day of his high school entrance exams. After being hit by a car and missing the exams, Tsukasa helps him and agrees to be his girlfriend, but only if he marries her first. A year later, Nasa passes the exams but chooses to work part-time and live independently instead of attending school. When he turns 18, Tsukasa returns, and they begin a life together that is described as romantic and mysterious.
