A time capsule containing a confession letter is discovered by an office worker returning to his hometown for summer vacation. He reconnects with a childhood friend he hasn’t spoken to in fourteen years. The letters from the capsule inspire the two to begin a relationship they describe as a “thoughtless love affair.” Their summer interactions help them unknowingly heal emotional wounds they had carried for years.
