A small kingdom, once prosperous, begins to suffer after a wicked witch arrives and causes widespread decline. For three centuries, the kingdom endures hardship and fear under the witch's influence. Determined to end the suffering, the king assigns the mission of capturing the witch to a peasant boy named Len.
