A teenage boy named Hata Kosaku is deeply affected when his favorite idol, Kusakabe Yuka, abruptly leaves the entertainment industry. His classmates at Tamo Agriculture School help pull him out of his depression and back to class. Unexpectedly, a new student named Kinoshita Ringo joins the class, who is later revealed to be Kusakabe Yuka. Kosaku sees this as a rare chance to meet his idol in person. Along with his friends, he tries to discover the reason behind her sudden appearance and aims to build a closer relationship with her.
